The property sold for $1,250,000.

So, one of two things is going to happen tomorrow -

1.  The world will end.

2.  We will have two Inn closings, back to back. 

Either will shock me - one would be horrible - one would be fantastic. 

However - BOTH would be the biggest bummer of all :)
