The ink is barely dry on the final signing of the Purchase & Sale Agreement on West End Inn in Portland. The intended use is as a B&B though several potential buyers considered using this great Townhouse property as a single family home. The location is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Maine, (along with Ocean Point in Boothbay and Schooner Head in Bar Harbor) - people and dog friendly and the architecture is beyond fantastic.
Due diligence period starts today.
